In response to the growing need for time saving field data acquisition among Lake Area industries, we have added Laser Scanning Services to our Home Office capabilities, which will complement the design engineering and drafting services our staff already perform. High definition 3D Laser Scanning, is a fast, accurate, and cost effective method for detailed field data acquisition and documentation. We have purchased FARO's newest innovation in 3D documentation, the Focus 3D X330 Laser Scanner for use on our scanning projects.

Levingston's Process Engineering group provides front-end project development, process design / simulation, Process Safety Management, and process support for other engineering disciplines. All personnel have extensive operations backgrounds in diverse industries, giving us an understanding of your needs that cannot be gained from education alone.

Our design drafting staff possesses a vast amount of field experience as well as the latest design / drafting methods and electronic information techniques. Our survey department and design / drafting personnel work closely to make sure the field information collected is conveyed accurately by electronic data transfer.

Levingston's Project Management and Project Engineering personnel are trained in project scope definition, project execution and controls, coordination of engineering discipline and design, project scheduling, and development of engineering and project cost estimates. The roles of the project managers and project engineers are defined in our Project Procedure Manual within our Quality System. Our staff includes engineers who have experience in management of major projects with fast-track schedules.
