Great company if you have experience and can work with Microstation and learn how to deal with the program without any training. I worked in the Las Vegas Structures department and after 18 months of employment, I was let go. Boss said I would not be a good fit for the company. There was no warning, no let's try a different department, no training resources, nothing. Be aware if you are entry level with this company.
