Best customer service of any business I have ever dealt with! Basically the opposite of Telstra. Scott from Northbridge found the perfect solution in less than 5 minutes. Saved me money AND fixed the problem straight away.

The other day I purchased batteries for my vaping device. I purchased the wrong batteries which were tagged. I did not know there was an issue until I discovered they were not charging. Scott B the manager told me I had the incorrect batteries. He checked and there were no untagged in stock till the next day. He sensed my disappointment having to wait so he gave me a work around for charging and said I could use at low power for a day and still do a swap the next day.

Great I thought. Unfortunately the geometry I was dealing with still prevented the device from charging and to make matters worse the batteries were stuck with no hope of me removing. They called me the next day when the batteries arrived and when I arrived at the shop Louisa spring into action. The batteries were really jammed in and it was a struggle at first.

She even had to employ tools intent for purchase. She preserved and swapped the batteries. He major concern was not for the stock but my device which was ok. I asked her if she was the manager because she acted like one. She said Scott was who had that day off. Outstanding customer service from Scott and Louisa! It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly. The cream rises to the top when you get excellent customer service when there are issues.

A huge thanks to Dominic in the Roe Street store who was a huge help with a part I needed for some headphones. His customer service was outstanding and he really knew his stuff! Professional, courteous, friendly and all round nice guy.

I needed a new battery for my busking amplifier. The staff, Steve, helped me open the amp and exchange the battery. So friendly, helpful and affordable. Highly recommend
