The land surveying team at Hawkins and Associates has completed their boundary survey of the 801 10th Street Tower in Downtown Modesto. They delivered attorney exhibits showing the location of the block boundaries, the boundaries of the tower parcel, and the relationship of key physical site features to the tower parcel boundary. This project is. The AT&T Mokelumne Hill Fiber Optic Extension Project is to design and construction a new fiber optic line. The new line will run roughly parallel to Highway 49 across the Mokelumne River Canyon.

Rod Hawkins founded Hawkins & Associates Engineering with the goal of building a team of close-knit professionals that could bring project concepts to life. Rod remains directly involved with his projects and continues to build his professional knowledge. Rod currently supervises all civil engineering services provided at the firm.

Hawkins and Associates Engineering supported the development of a new student housing project in the City of Sacramento. The parcel being developed is just south of the California State University of Sacramento Campus and will offer living arrangements to students that are accessible with walking and biking.
