Established in 1984, Wallace-Kuhl & Associates, a Universal Engineering Sciences Company (UES), is a Northern California firm headquartered in West Sacramento with an additional office and laboratory in Stockton. Wallace-Kuhl hosts a wide range of services, including geotechnical engineering, earthwork, construction materials testing and inspections, environmental, occupational health and safety, and building sciences.
