Ernest M. James, PE is the founding partner of James Controls and has a 40-year career in providing professional process control solutions to the industrial market. Mr. James was formerly the CEO and co-founder of Sharp Design, Inc., a 100-person engineering and design firm that he sold to Jacobs Engineering in 2001.
Risk analysis and safety integrity level study for modifications to OEM product centrifuge. Engineered and designed the modifications to meet the safety requirement specification. Programmed and installed a communications network to monitor campus substations from a centralized DCS. Allows engineering and operations personnel to stream data and respond to upset events in real time.
Maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Commit appropriate and sufficient resources to protect and support company safety efforts. Provide leadership at the management level that demands all employees take responsibility and ownership of safety through the individual responsibility of bringing safety to the job every day.
