Osborn Consulting's collaborative team of engaged professional engineers provide civil engineering services including project management, planning, alternative analysis, design, plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), and construction support. We focus on service areas including stormwater management, transportation drainage, fish passage and habitat restoration, green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) and low impact development (LID), research and effectiveness studies, environmental compliance, and utilities planning and design.

By 2013, OCI had grown from a firm of one to 10 employees. At this time Tarelle began transitioning the company ownership to committed and interested employees in order to assure the continuity of the firm and allow for continued growth. OCI now has a diverse group of employee owners which continues to expand each year.
