We called Aaron at Excel Engineering after having a difficult time with Gaston County Inspections Department who kept changing what they needed and Aaron responded immediately. Our property is a 150 yr old farmhouse with low clearance and he didn't just take the "I can't get in the crawl space because it's too low" but listened and problem solved. He was professional, offered advise and helped resolve the issue leaving no room for this inspection department to question anything further.
