The Dyer Partnership was originally established in 1982 as Gary L. Dyer Consulting Engineers in Coos Bay, Oregon. Later, in 1994, the firm was incorporated as The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners. Our staff now totals 24: 9 registered engineers, 2 professional land surveyors, and 14 support staff, including survey crews, designers, inspectors, engineers in training and office staff. We serve clients mainly in Western and Southwestern Oregon, but cover Western Washington south to Southern California.

In order to provide guidance to address the city of Gold Beach's future water needs, a water master plan was developed to be used for systematic upgrades to the City's water system. Included was a water management and conservation plan. As part of the study, the current water distribution system, demand patterns, and system performance were evaluated with WaterCAD with respect to critical service standards, and emphasis on selected vital or high fire flow areas within the City.

The storm water system inventory and analysis provides data for planning, prioritizing, and designing storm water infrastructure for the City of Coos Bay. The existing system was field surface verified and assessed for condition and capacity. The anticipated impact of EPA Phase II requirements for MS4 and future regulations was presented.
