Advanced Engineering, Inc. has vast experience with the Reliance Automax product line. We have successfully retrofitted Automax systems to both the Allen Bradley ControlLogix and Siemens S7 platforms. Because many of our retrofits were limited by production downtime, we developed solutions to change over a piece at a time. Our solutions allow for replacement of motion, HMIs, drives and PLC portions at different times or at all once.
Advanced Engineering, Inc. provides an alternative to proprietary, "black box" injection molding machine controls by installing a Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley ControlLogix based system. The existing machine sequence and functionality can be improved to provide increased productivity and quality while reducing downtime and training requirements.
