Since 1986, Engineered Systems has been serving local architects, builders, contractors and owners with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for high end residential and commercial projects. Engineered Systems also began offering services to condominium associations. These services range from site inspections to determine the cause of problems (water infiltration, ground settling, etc.) and evaluating the condition of assets (roof condition, parking lot condition, etc.) to the preparation of bid documents and contract administration for deferred maintenance projects.

Prepare a Project Manual for the Work which will Include: Documents denoting bidding requirements, contract forms, conditions of the contract and drawings (if necessary) and general requirements and specifications for the performance of the work.Prepare a Bid Package and Conduct a Pre-Bid Conference at the Site with all Selected Bidders to Review the Scope of Work.
