Converse Consultants

Frederick J. Converse began his engineering career in 1916 as an instructor of Engineering in Rochester, New York. He worked with the U.S. Bureau of Aircraft Production doing physical testing of aircraft parts and served in the military providing engineering services for military facilities and war related projects throughout the western United States.

Dr. Quazi has 32 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering services and has earned a reputation for providing quality work in an honest and ethical manner, on time and within budget. In his capacity as Principal in Charge or Project Manager, Dr. Quazi provides quality control, budget oversight, and technical assistance on various types of projects, including pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, and other related studies.He has supervised site investigations and prepared technical reports for facilities located in areas of high liquefaction potential and difficult subsurface conditions.

Mr. Goebel is a Senior Vice President and the Environmental Division Manager for Nevada operations. He has an MS in Geology and is a Nevada Certified Environmental Manager. He has been consulting since 1989 and has been with Converse since 1991 providing a pro-business consulting model. He understands the business community and works with community leaders and clients, providing solutions for a wide range of environmental issues.

Mr. Childers has been working in environmental consulting since 2003. He is a Certified Environmental Manager (CEM), California Asbestos Consultant (CAC), Nevada licensed asbestos consultant, a California Certified Lead Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor and Lead Based Paint Risk Assessor (EPA Administered States).
