Enterprise Engineering, Inc. (EEI) is a multidiscipline engineering firm with a worldwide footprint. With offices in Alaska, Maine, and Hawaii, we provide civil, structural, and mechanical engineering services and mechanical integrity assessments. Our specialty expertise covers planning, design, and inspection of fuel storage and distribution systems.

Kelly is a licensed professional mechanical engineer with over 22 years of his career dedicated to designing fueling systems. He is an accomplished project manager, specializing in DoD projects encompassing all aspects of fuel storage and distribution systems. He is a certified API 653 Tank and API 570 Pipeline inspector, with years of practical field experience.
