Each project is assigned to an Engineering Manager who reports to the Managing Principal. A Project Engineer is in direct charge of the project throughout the life of the project.

Building Commissioning (Cx) is the process of verifying new construction (or new systems to existing buildings - called retro-commissioning (RCx)) of the mechanical engineering systems to achieve the owner's project requirements as designed by the architects and engineers. Buildings that are properly commissioned typically have fewer change orders, tend to be more energy efficient, and have lower operation and maintenance cost.

We avoided small-scale cogeneration until the Capstone Turbine became commercially available because of the poor reliability and the high maintenance needs of small size reciprocating engine-based cogeneration.
