Franchino Mold (FMEC) is a great partner in supporting local Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. This company also serves on the advisory board for the Wilson Talent Center located in Mason, MI. FMEC provides both job shadow and work based learning experiences to students in local CTE prgrams and the participation of a local manufacturing facility is crucial in providing relevant experience and career opportunities to our future work force. I am the CAD & Design Technology teacher for CCRESA and St. Johns High School. We are blessed to be able to work with Franchino Mold and Engineering on a regular basis. Brad Rusthoven serves on the advisory committee for both our CAD and Metal Tech. programs. We have taken our classes on tours of their facility and they do a great job showing the students what they do and what a career in manufacturing can be like. They are always willing to help out at high school career events in the greater Lansing area. They are a great company and they do a great job giving back to the community!
