To begin with, I don't know why SHA does business with incompetent company the so called Indam Engineers Inc. It treats its employee bad. never train employees instead they tell you to pay yourself for all the training cost. To your surprise they collect the training money from the State but never spend that money to train employees. Moreover, SHA never force them to train the employees who are out there in the field without the necessary construction inspection and/or safety training knowledge.
The owners intimidate employees losing their job when asking for training. I regretted working for Indam for 4 years. There is no career development at all. They provide affordable health insurance coverage though. other than that there's nothing their employees appreciate about. It really sucks. Please avoid joining this company and work for other construction and consulting companies who care about their employees' career advancement.
