Vester and Associates, hired by the court to conduct two legal surveys utilizing my Quiet Title legal description (because RW Gross ignored my surveyed deeds), ignored the court order. Patrick Cunningham did not utilize my Quiet Title survey (which was included in the legal description) and set his stakes inside of my Quiet Title. Following RW Gross lead, he also moved a surveyed Quitclaim (same survey as my QT) 17 feet.
But not to be out done by RW Gross' duplicity, Cunningham modified the Town of Monroe plat as well. He wasn't supposed to set the stakes according to the court order either. And I just found out 6/23/22 Vester fraudulently recorded a survey at the Tippecanoe County's Recorders office with the Recorder's notes, "Per Conversation with Doug from Vester this was court ordered from Superior Court I for the Town of Monroe." His survey drawing, now recorded, makes it appear I conveyed a portion of my Quiet Title and a portion of my lots when I did not and/or, since Doug from Vester misused the authority of the court to record the drawing, that the court conveyed a portion of my deeds and ordered him to modify the plat. The recording is now showing on the adjoining property owners tax records as Instrument Number 202121029924.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value They conducted a survey along the Wabash River that was not Rule 12 compliant. Poor Quality, and survey was not completed by a licensed surveyor. We have contacted them to try and understand why they marked a corner on the riverbank with no response from the company.

We contracted this firm to do a one parcel parcelization in Tippecanoe County in late April of 2019. We owned a home on 9.5 acres. Our intention was to sell a building site of 4.5 acres and a separate 5 acre parcel with our house. A survey was on the dining room table in the home for use by the realtor in describing two purchase options. The spokeswomen for Vester said that they were running two months behind.
Shortly after, we viewed the estimate that they sent, which was rather high, considering that Vester had done a previous survey of the property which contained both parcels, and they had it in their possession. Property descriptions on previous title documents and deeds referred to Vester markers and a Job Number for a prior survey by Vester, which Julie said that she "had on her desk." She indicated that the price would likely be reduced because they had the prior survey in hand.
This must have been a very easy job for them, but despite weekly calls from us they still had not finished the parcelization survey in four months; and we received an offer on the home and 9.5 acres. We immediately canceled the parcelization, and Vester emailed a very small copy of a PRO FORMA survey. My husband attempted to speak with the company president numerous times with no return call.
A Lafayette attorney advised us not to pay the bill because the survey was not done in a timely manner and was not necessary. Now Vester is threatening us with a Mechanic's Lien, although we no longer own the property. This is not a reputable company.

Expect to pay 154% of whatever price they quote you. Our local area planning office made them add more details to their surveys and they charged us an extra $5000 because if it. They were annoyed with that office and took it out on us. My wife tried to reason with them, but to no avail. I am not remotely impressed with the quality if their work, their work ethic, or the speed at which they work.
It took them months. They rounded up the hours associated with each task they supposedly accomplished in order to inflate our bill. For example, we were charged well over a hundred dollars for 2 phone calls supposedly totaling an hour. Basically they will nickel and dime you, except they do it with 50 dollar and 100 dollar bills.
