Our clients, including attorneys, claims representatives, and occasionally private parties, are then requested to sign our standard contract and submit a retainer prior to work commencing. Our firm provides a 24-hour emergency response service, which may include vehicle inspection, site evaluation and preliminary analysis to aid in the understanding of what may have occurred in the accident. Often this early documentation of physical evidence is valuable in providing important information for use in future litigation.
