The firm, established by Frank Waldraff, was renamed and incorporated in 1984. When Mr. Waldraff retired in 2002, William A. Erdman was named KCE's new President/CEO. Inspired by his predecessor's management style, Mr. Erdman has led KCE to be one of the Lehigh Valley's most prominent engineering companies.

Totally agree with the previous comments! My experience: I posted a review about my company from my personal account, and then I saw there was an opportunity to create an employer's account since I myself work in HR. I have discussed this within the company and went ahead with it. I had to register with my company email and it basically forced me to write a review again (otherwise it did not let me continue).
Then Glassdoor removed both my reviews saying I violated their policy because I posted 2x trying to manipulate review scores. Wow! Even after I wanted to repost only one of the 2 reviews they claimed violation. In addition, for the short time my review was published, I saw it was showing my location and position openly. I work for a small company, I am the only person in that role and the location just made it even worse. How is this the anonymity they claim to ensure? That should mean the reviewer cannot be traced back.

This is a junk company. It keeps asking is I want to get some updates on everything, every time I go to their website they will somehow start to send me junk every day. Of course I know I did click some buttons on the website, but if I who doesn't want the newsletter gets the newsletter then it's really the problem of the design.

Glassdoor Wont share reviews about companies if it touches sensitive stuff like religion, race and so on, which is precisely why people want these kind of reviews in the first place about workplaces. Not to mention the spammy attitude from their platform and the non updated ads for jobs, don't waste your time on here.

Unfortunately completely corrupted. You can actually buy some packages (only if the request come from the company account) resulting in poorly rated reviews to be removed and/or replaced by positive one (we used that service with our company, not really expensive). Glassdoor could be amazing if properly managed and trustfully.
