Reliability Test fixtures are fixtures that hold a specific product or printed circuit board that is put into a vibration or thermal chamber so that the product can be stressed with the intent of inducing premature failures. This type of testing will identify quality issues such as cold solder joints, bad wire crimps and weak components through the expansion and contraction (thermally) and through random vibration as would be seen in the field.
ICT fixtures are fixtures that are designed to interface with a test platform. Typically these platforms are made by Teradyne, Checksum or Keysight.
