The main facility in Sugar Land houses our consulting offices, mechanical testing laboratory, flow loop, and Kalsi Seal operations. Our highly experienced staff of mechanical engineers has a variety of complementary skills and industry backgrounds.

Kalsi Engineering is a critical developer of valve and actuator technology used in US and international Nuclear power plants to determine operational readiness of safety related valves. Kalsi Engineering's involvement included being the primary model developer of the EPRI PPM high flow gate model and butterfly valve model.
Kalsi Engineering, Inc. (KEI) has extensive experience in applying analytical techniques to provide cost-effective solutions for our clients' problems. KEI provides a wide range of analytical services such as failure analysis, structural analysis, thermal fluid hydraulics, and dynamic/kinematic modeling.
