Have no complaints. Calibrated a slew of tools for work, fluke multimeter, southwire multimeter, fluke ir temp gun, southwire ir temp gun, delfesko positector with shore d probe, utg, dpm, 6000, spg. Service is always good B Novak really makes sure everything is done quickly and even stayed clear up to closing time so I could pick up my tools thanks KTA
