Services
The City of Philadelphia requires periodic inspections of exterior walls and appurtenances (PM 315) every five years. We have prepared and filed over 150 reports with the City since the Ordinance's inception in 2011. We work with clients to develop a prudent facade repair program that meets their needs while staying within their budget.
