GHR produces approximately 70% of our projects in Autodesk Revit. Over the last 5-7 years, GHR has developed custom Revit content in order to produce robust and intelligent building information modeling (BIM). This development has saved us countless man-hours on individual projects. At GHR, each trade department has a BIM manager, and each month, these managers meet to discuss how to improve our modeling processes.

In an effort to reduce Meridian School District's current four campus district to a two campus district, the existing football and baseball venues were relocated, a multi-story high school addition was built to replace the existing high school, and the existing high school facility was fully renovated to house the middle school students.
St. Joseph's Home of Springfield required a new Dementia Wing Addition to their existing care facility. The new wing would serve to house and care for new dementia residents. The project consisted of a new addition to include site work, concrete foundations, structural steel framing, masonry exterior, doors and windows, new resident rooms, laundry facilities, kitchen areas, roofing, flooring, new electrical and mechanical systems. Project also included a new parking lot, courtyard and screened-in porches and drive-through canopy.
The Danville Veterans project calls for a multi-phased, intergenerational development to maximize the number of housing opportunities created for Veterans and their families. This project comprised of 65 units of handicapped accessible and adaptable studio, 1 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR apartments in a permanent supportive housing environment.
