Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the conversion of a 3-story fraternity house into offices for campus staff. Scope involved a new 200 amp electrical service with complete electrical distribution and new lighting, new ADA restrooms, a new hot water boiler with 2 floors of baseboard heating and two separate high velocity air conditioning systems. The heating system was separated into six zones to maximize occupant control and comfort while improving energy efficiency.

This phase will allow us to participate in meetings with the Architect and the Owner to discuss options available for the building services and systems. The discussions will lead into a direction to proceed regarding the proposed HVAC systems, plumbing systems, power and lighting systems and fire detection and alarm system, among others.
