Wayne leads Sterling Design Associates with more than 25 years of experience in site development and landscape architecture, with most of those years as the president of the company. His extensive expertise in designing and coordinating commercial retail centers, restaurants, and office/warehouse projects has defined SDA as a leader in commercial and retail development. In addition to the commercial project knowledge, he as urban redevelopment, parks and recreation facilities and military base campus projects as part of his portfolio.
