Our approach to designing an HVAC plant includes an evaluation and analysis of what the specific needs and attributes of each project include. Not every system is the best for every client or every building. We focus on listening to the unique needs of the end users to design a system that maximizes efficiency, minimizes maintenance costs, fits within the budget constraints, meets the life cycle requirements, and provides the flexibility that the Owner needs.
The needs for a domestic plumbing system include many things that can range from simple to complex. Our team of engineers has the experience with critical systems for hospitals and jails to the more straightforward requirements for schools and office buildings. The key to a plumbing system that works well is attention to detail when it comes to fixture selection, ease of maintenance with items such as backflow prevention devices, pressure booster systems, and robust water heater plants design with fault tolerance to accommodate downtime service requirements.
