River City Engineering is a team of process engineers providing consulting services to our clients since its establishment in 1994 by our president, Kent Pennybaker. We are experts in the oil and gas industry, specializing in natural gas processing, cryogenic recovery plants, LNG plants, NGL fractionation facilities, and compressed natural gas plants.

River City Engineering has performed conceptual studies in the Oil and Gas Industry for clients both domestically and internationally. We also have experience with studies for other industries, which still require process engineering expertise. Most importantly, our clients are able to feel confident when making process and design choices due to the studies RCE performs.

River City Engineering provides process support to projects of all sizes, from pilot facilities to full scale plants. Our process support covers a broad range of designs, both within the Oil and Gas industry and other industries requiring process expertise, such as water handling. Additionally, our support services can be for any length of project. We can assist with a specific segment of the project, or the entirety of the project from preliminary design through startup and beyond.

Our comprehensive capacity and debottlenecking studies help clients determine the limitations affecting their facility throughput.
