Our products are manufactured and supplied from our facilities throughout North America.
Casting offers exceptional freedom in forming intricate components. It is also conducive to high-volume production runs, where material quantities can be efficiently controlled to minimize waste and reduce cost. The casting process is also called founding. Facility that produces metal castings and offers related services such as mold-making, melting, pouring, degassing, heat treating, surface cleaning, and other finishing operations.
Our experienced sales and engineering departments have the ability to produce 3D scans in the field or in our facilities using state of the art 3D scanning equipment. These systems ensure 100% accuracy when producing models from scanned parts and allow for the fabrication of those parts that do not have the necessary engineering drawings.
CSP's Quality Management System is an industry leading process that ensures we deliver every product on-time and on-spec. CSP's QMS process has been ISO 9001:2015 certified and includes detailed procedures throughout each step in the order, manufacturing and inspection process.
