Conway & Owen provided acoustical analysis and design services for the new restaurant located in the Atlanta Dairies mixed-use development. A joint venture of Hines, Columbia Development Group and USAA Real Estate is developing Fenton, a 2.5 million-square-foot mixed-use project in Cary, N.C.

After achieving their engineering degrees, Charles Conway and Wayne Owen went on to work in the A/E/C industry providing design services for commercial projects. It was at this time the two met while working for an Atlanta firm. Both continued to sharpen their understanding of the industry while adapting new professional and design skills.
