David Woodham is a pleasant person to speak with. I'm thankful for him introducing me to resources like the preservation briefs from NPS. Ultimately, his assessment for my primary concern lacked depth and was incorrect, resulting in me needing to hire another structural engineer. I was charged more travel time then for the expertise needed to move my home project forward.
In the end, it was a lesson on what to expect and ask for from a structural engineer. I would not be able to juxtapose David's level of detail against the thorough consultation and report needed to move my foundation concern forward. Thank you. Please be safe during these times. All the best.

I am a brick restoration specialist here in Denver. I have had the pleasure of working on multiple projects with David Noland. I have well over 25 years of experience in every aspect of masonry and structural engineering from building 600 ft tall free standing brick scrubber stacks to glass furnaces and historical brick restoration. These guys are very thorough with tons of common sense ideas on how to remedy any of the problems these old homes and buildings present.
