Good place to work. High emphasis on safety and nice to work in a place where the workers actually want to be there and respect and lookout for one another. Benefits and pay is quite nice as well and plenty of opportunities to grow and advance your career within the company. Overtime is offered, sometimes mandatory in some areas of the plant. Very enjoyable to see a product go from scrap metal to a precision casted part ready to be installed all under the same roof. I worked my way up in this company from a saw/shot blaster to a foundry lead in about 6 years, so if you have ambition you can excel.
