Compliance Consultants is a local, woman-owned registered DBE, civil and environmental engineering firm that provides specialized design and regulatory compliance services for industry, commerce, and development. We specialize in consulting engineering services for industrial clients, governmental entities, other engineering firms, contractors, and developers.

Founded in 1986, Compliance Consultants, Inc., (CCI) is a civil/environmental engineering and consulting firm that provides specialized services to a broad range of clients. CCI is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and serves clients locally and nationally. CCI has developed a reputation of successfully completing complex projects that present tough challenges in the areas of civil and environmental engineering.

Our staff consists of professional engineers, scientists, field technicians, and dedicated support personnel. Mary has a broad range of experience in environmental engineering and management and has been qualified as an expert witness in regulatory affairs. She possess considerable experience in the areas of developing, planning, and implementing wetland delineations and permitting, Spill and stormwater control plans, compliance management and training, solid waste management, air quality management, and water quality/wastewater treatment.

CCI's civil engineering services include working with clients from the initial conceptual design of a residential or commercial subdivision through the construction phase. We provide pre-site selection services including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and wetland delineation/permitting, and work with clients during and after the construction phase with stormwater and wastewater design and management.
