I only wish i could give zero stars. will send people to your neighbors' property without warning or scheduling then threaten to sue you. billed us for work that was never done. this company without warning sent someone to my neighbors' property to do survey work on our behalf. we were not given the opportunity to ask permission of our neighbors for the surveryor to be on their property. or to simply provide a courteous notice. this company did not provide us with a simple courteous notice. our neighbors asked the surveyor to leave and then called the police when he did not. the police arrived and were on site. Peter, the principal of this company refuses to discuss the issue, instead invokes that he has a contract. i asked him to stop work because we don't want to work with a company that practices business in this manner. after explaining again that he has a contract he has threatened to "see you in court". there has been no apology, no discussion of what work we still might want done, no discussion of paying for work completed and then severing ties with each other. only that this company with now sue us and has rights to send people not only to our property but to our neighbors' properties because "i have a contract".

I was referred to this company from my architect to draw a front sidewalk for which I paid $4000 (a small, simple SF sidewalk in the Excelsior). The drawings were wrong and bounced by the City Building Dept. So, I had to pay for my architect and my expeditor again to resubmit the corrected drawings plus additional permit fees. This was last March.
I chose not to dispute the hundreds of dollars this cost me; never mind the $4000 I paid for sidewalk drawings. Today (August 13th) I received another bill from for "prints" for $650.00. There is no date on this charge or any other substantiation. Just a red stamp that says "Past Due". Never mind that I haven't heard from them since I confronted them about their mistakes last March. Terrible company.
