Horrible customer service mr. Chan has no respect towards himself or others would never ever recommend to anyone unless you like throwing your money away without any explanation of faults that were entirely and solely based on himself. Doesn't even have a spine to own up to his own shortcomings on water heaters. An engineer of that? Maybe at best duplo Legos but has no tact in dealing with people and human interaction.
A complete tool and disregards all faults that was his creation and recommendations. Would go with any other company for a hot water heater. I'm sorry but he is extremely disrespectful when he can't even admit to his own faults. How is it the owners and residents fault for trying to use water that should be hot when you turn on the faucet and comes out lukewarm/ room temperature & even sometimes cold.
When it only has one job and that is to heat water. Not solve a problem with space x to land on Mars. One job and mr. Chan couldn't even do it. Take your money and time elsewhere because he is a tool that doesn't even work.

They don't really need my 5 stars.their experience/portfolio speaks for themselves. But here it is anyway! If you're a developer, big or small; if you're renovating a multi-family or Hotel property; if your looking to cut costs in heating/cooling/ventilation. this is the company to call for all your engineering. My experience with them was excellent.
I figured my call would be the equivalent to me calling Boeing for help with my model plane but I was pleasantly surprised. What you need in an engineering company. Notkin Hawaii's got it.
