After I talked to ADSC about my requirements a stack of resumes were not sent, but a few highly qualifed resumes of candidates. ADSC had screened and checked reference of these candidates making my job easier. Our team works closely with clients to establish expectations for a particular position such as, communication skills needed, position responsibilities and duties, and the project's objectives and deadlines.
