Engineering and Testing Consultants. is a multidisciplined, tiny, woman-owned consulting engineering company with offices situated in Virginia Beach, VA and Hampton, VA. We currently have twelve employees, including five engineers experienced in all kinds of testing and inspection of roof systems.

Great work, a thorough and professional investigation saved us $25,000. Three foundation companies had recommended that we move forward with very expensive "repairs". Debbie's assessment was thoughtful and thorough and it was more than worth every penny. Her recommendations were clearly worded and well thought out and most importantly 100% truthful.
