Services
OTHON's dedication to bettering communities includes a commitment to provide quality infrastructure services wherever there is a need. In order to better serve our clients overseas, in 2003, OTHON formed two subsidiary companies: OTHON INTERNATIONAL, INC and Etiman Management Consulting Services, Inc (EMCS).
Roadways, highways, bridges, rail, ports, airports-all exist to connect us to other people, communities, goods, services, or simply the need to escape to a quieter place. We all rely on dependable access that will take us where we want to go in a manner that is safe, convenient, and expedient. We at OTHON understand today's transportation needs extend beyond planning for busy traffic, bad weather, or aging infrastructure.
Much of what we know about past civilizations, we've learned by studying the structures they left behind. Bridges, aqueducts, dams, buildings, and walls endure weather and age as a testament to the societies that created them. Yet each one existed to fulfill a purpose similar to the structures of today: to connect people and places; to provide for shelter; to carry water; or to harness nature.
Since the dawn of human time, water has served as the focal point for the creation and sustenance of community. As engineers and environmental consultants, each day we must tackle the challenge of protecting this precious resource for future use, while making it accessible, when, where, and how it is needed for the current needs of the community.
