As general contractors, our construction managers are briefed weekly on projects from predevelopment through plans and specifications. They are experts at synthesizing the many demands and requirements of large-scale development projects - always with an eye on deadlines and the bottom line. Once the final plans have been approved and permits issued the AEC construction team officially take over. They take pride in finishing projects ahead of schedule.
