Two industrial tilt-up buildings totaling over 1.3 million square feet including a single building with a footprint over 1 million square feet. A 424,000 square foot master-planned distribution center located at the intersection of the I-15 and I-215 freeways. The project accommodates large warehouse and distribution users needing immediate access to local businesses and the interstate highway system.
100 room 5-story hotel over podium, with an adjacent three-story 81,000 SF parking garage. 150-room Hampton Inn & Suites and the 100-room Home2 Suites. 5 levels of wood construction over-1 podium as well as an oversized fitness center, dining rooms, conference rooms, an indoor bar with lounge, and outdoor pool with bar.
Five-story, 93,500 square foot building housing state of the art classrooms, offices, and meeting spaces and will help UNLV continue to rank as one of the nation's top hotel and hospitality colleges. The building sits next door to the flagship UNLV Lied Library building engineered by Wright Engineers CEO Brent Wright.
