I hired Keramida to do on a brownfield remediation project.the project was poorly handled! I was promised that certain things were done (tasks that were required to be done given public monies were being used) and they were not done at all. I had to waste more money and hire a firm to go behind them as all I wanted was my property to be sold. This firm does not know what communication is as the Cincinnati office manager, owner and president of the company gave me inconsistent information pertaining to my property.
I truly believe had I not sought a second opinion and hired another firm to pick up Keramida's slack, I would have never received clearance on my property. In short, don't use them! They will quote you a low price but remember, you get what you pay for. I learned the hard way!
