The worst janitorial to work for. No communication with the manger and the office. Pls avoid this company. They use to be ok but went downhill after. The worst manager I worked for seems doesn't care about the employees.

100% I recommend this company is the best in the Seattle area. good treatment good supervisors and also the treatment they give you when you go in the door ah I would love to continue working for them but the contract is finished and i dont know if I give a place with them but it does not matter the recommended follow is the best 100% reccommend

This company is contracted by my building to clean our offices. We absolutely loved the elderly Chinese man who took care of us - he even went around at Chinese New Year and gave everyone those little red envelopes with a few dollars, the traditional New Year's gift for luck. Unfortunately for the last 2 years since he retired, we have been plagued with thefts.

Digital cameras, cash, coins, gift cards, alcohol, shoes (?!). We aren't getting anywhere with our building management - they insist that we are the only ones affected, but it turns out there are other offices in our building that have experienced the same. They are not a bonded company although they do say that they do background checks on employees.

Trouble is that often times they employ temps, and I'm pretty sure those people do not go through a background check. If the thefts weren't bad enough, we just don't experience decent cleaning service from this company. Oftentimes emptied trash bins are placed back in the middle of the cube or office, they forget to vacuum, and sometimes pile up recycling on desks instead of taking it out. It's been quite frustrating. Anyone else having trouble?

Able has always done prompt and consistent good work for our properties. Francisco's janitorial and window crews do a great job. They are careful and thorough.
