We wanted to inform you of the exciting new developments in our firm. As you may know, in August of 2018, our President, Rick A. Rivera, took full ownership of R&G Engineering LLC. In December of 2019, the State of Illinois officially approved our DBA application to operate under the new name of Reach Grow Exceed Engineering. This change marks a new chapter in our company and is being accompanied by a wide-scale rebranding campaign, complete with an updated logo, this renovated website, and increased social media engagement to better connect with our audience and followers in the engineering industry.

Reach Grow Exceed Engineering's experience and expertise have enabled our staff to be a trusted extension of our prime partners.
Mr. Rivera founded Reach Grow Exceed (formerly R&G Engineering LLC) in 2005 and has grown the firm to 30 full-time engineers and support staff. Reach Grow Exceed Engineering, as a key partner to the leading engineering firms in Illinois, has successfully completed a variety of projects. These projects include the management and design of road and bridge reconstruction for Illinois' major transportation agencies, toll plazas, commuter rail station construction management, utility, and maintenance of traffic coordination.
The staff at Reach Grow Exceed Engineering enjoys a company culture that emphasizes professionalism while participating in a variety of company sponsored events and outings. Bi-weekly conference calls are held to ensure staff working remotely maintains a connection to the firm. Company outings are held regularly to promote team building.
