As the prime consultant, and as a subconsultant on large, multi-disciplined teams, BPA has completed expansion and modernization programs for major airports in the United States. BPA has a comprehensive understanding of FAA regulations for the design and construction of airfield facilities.

Civil engineering is the cornerstone upon which BPA was built. BPA provides comprehensive engineering design for commercial, industrial, residential, educational, and institutional development projects. We provide services ranging from concept plans to construction administration. Project scopes include design, permitting, and construction administration for school districts, multi-modal transportation centers, parking facilities, recreational facilities, sporting facilities, mixed-use developments, police, fire and emergency services, restaurants, and shopping centers.

BPA provides construction phase services to meet the needs of clients that range from periodic daily inspection to full-time, on-site monitoring and administration. Our capabilities enable us to provide construction phase services for a range of projects including buildings, highways, drainage systems, and utilities.
