Sarah is a nice person and was very courteous when she was at my house. BUT.I specifically asked before she came out what I was getting for my money because I didn't want a cookie cutter answer that I had been getting for free from foundation companies. I thought she understood what I was looking for but gave me the same answer. I had to keep asking for more information.

She sent me details for a footer/pier which was good but when I asked what kind of load this footer/pier could hold I got the run around. Weeks of trying to get the answer and still have not received it. She acts like she doesn't understand what I am looking for even though I have expressed it in numerous emails. So, the moral of the story. She did not take a soil sample, gave me a solution to my problem that was the exact same as the foundation companies and when pressed for more information will not give it.

Response time is horrible. I don't know how this business is run but if there is somebody else that works there that would like to solve this problem I would be glad to work with them. Sarah knows who this is.
