Founded in 1997, The Fourth River Company (FRC) is an engineering and construction firm specializing in environmental protection and environmental restoration. Through proper storage and handling of hazardous materials and wastes, FRC helps businesses protect the environment, because that is least expensive in the long term. Chris Hartigan is a project manager with over 25 years of experience in environmental protection and restoration, and managing his own business. He possesses a unique and valuable combination of expertise in the environmental protection sciences (e.g., risk characterization, occupational safety and health, chemistry, regulations) and in business management.

Projects Report

FRC performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards for the acquisition by a REIT of land and buildings under lease to sixteen drug stores in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York. FRC provided draft reports to the client on all sixteen stores within two weeks and final reports a week later.
