Zarinkelk Engineering Services, Inc. (ZESI)- is a full service Civil engineering company in Houston, Texas with a Client base that primarily includes municipal agencies, such as, the City of Houston, METRO, the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFD), Harris County, TxDOT, the City of Missouri City, and the Port of Houston Authority.

Zarinkelk Engineering Services Inc. was nominated for the Small Business Category in 2007 at the Greater Houston Partnership event called the 4th Annual Houston's Greatest. Many thanks to all who voted for our company and the show of support. Zarinkelk Engineering Services Inc. was awarded a Mayoral Proclamation from Mayor Annise Danette Parker in 2010.

ZESI served as part of the design team for the design of Section 5 of Segment D of the Grand Parkway. Section 5 is a 4,000 foot stretch of the road that straddles Harlem Road where the proposed roadway will cross over a new bridge structure. ZESI provided design services that included hydrology and hydrauilics, storm drain design, super elevation layouts and design and construction sequencing and phasing.

ZESI provided engineering support for preliminary design of three new ground water storage tanks including design of the tanks and appurtenant facilities. The District 184 tank is designed to store 1.5 million gallons (MG), and the District 175 tank is designed to store 1.2 MG. ZESI also supported the final design of the Katy-Addicks tank, a 200-foot diameter, 48-foot tall tank that will store 10.8 MG. This tank will be an AWWA D110 Type III wire wound pre-stressed concrete tank. ZESI also provided utility coordination for this project.
