Project Surveillance performs as needed civil inspection services on a range of projects. Our team consists of 25 civil construction inspectors with a huge array of knowledge in all kinds of civil construction. The experience of our staff ranges from 15 years to 40 for various entities including TX DOT, Harris County Engineering Dept., METRO, Harris County Toll Rd. Authority, the City of Houston Public Works and Engineering Dept. and private engineering companies.

Project Surveillance, Inc. was established in 1990 after changing trends in the engineering industry were observed. The brainstorm of Brian and Judy Cunningham was to create a company where civil engineering firms could utilize field observation personnel on an "as needed" basis to initiate and end when the projects did.
Project Surveillance, Inc. is requesting quotes from qualified MBE, WBE, and DBE Subcontractors to provide Professional Construction Inspection for the following project: "WWTF No.1 Solids Processing & Sludge Dewatering Improvements Project" for the San Jacinto River Authority. Scope of work includes mechanical inspection, electrical inspection, instrumentation and control inspection and environmental inspection.
