Services
Oliver's professionals are recognized leaders in providing assessments for wetlands and Jurisdictional Waters of the United States. They excel at the permitting services required by Sections 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. All delineations of Jurisdictional Waters of the United States are performed in accordance with the 1987 USACE Wetland Delineation Manual and the appropriate regional supplement.
Oliver offers site investigation services from assessment to remediation, including Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, environmental services. Oliver professionals have an excellent record for prompt service and legally defensible solutions and have assessed environmental risks of properties associated with the oil and gas industry as well as many other major industries.
Transportation and related mobility issues are in the forefront of public concern. As the population continues to grow, the mobility of people, goods, and services increases in importance and complexity. Oliver's understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulatory compliance and knowledge of potential transportation issues are key factors in assisting clients with successfully meeting project goals.
Oliver has widespread knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Aided Draft Design (CADD) and offers a variety of these services to our clients. Field data is collected using sub-meter GPS units and incorporated into GIS along with georeferenced aerials and multiple other data sets to produce due diligence wetlands studies, wetland delineation maps, land management plans, categorical exclusion and environmental assessment maps, land use maps, and NDD maps (Threatened and Endangered Species).
