With over 40 years of combined experience in both large and small firms throughout the United States, Jerome and Tom founded Madden & Baughman Engineering, Inc. with the goal of collaborating with architects to explore structure and design.

Institutional Report

A two story, 10,000 square foot building including offices, meeting spaces and a large rehearsal hall primarily serving the Oregon Bach Festival. New 25,000 square foot administration building adjacent to Bend Oregon's Riverbend Park and the Deschutes River. This LEED Gold Certified Building features carbon-fiber reinforced glulam girders and an extensive green roof.
